College visits and talks

With the aim of being close, and offer a look at power generation as a professional option, with our visiting programs and university talks we have projected AES México to an average of 600 students per year, mostly professional level students from educational institutions.

Visits to our plants allow young people of professional age an up-close approach to the sector, having the opportunity to learn about our process in power generation, our environmental and safety compliance measures, as well as issues of their interest that they can consult with our leaders and AES people.

Talks with students bring together experts on topics of interest, in order for them to share knowledge, experiences and advice with them, among other things, either as a guide for their first semesters of study or as vocational development for those who are one step away from integrating into the working life within their profession.

In our talks we have addressed topics such as The Annual Major Outage Plan, Technological Innovation Projects, the Reengineering of the Information Technology Administration, Ethics and Compliance, Strategic Market Planning and BPR Models.
