Marycarmen is an Industrial Engineer currently working as a Security Analyst at TEG TEP. She exercises the management of contractor companies under an approval process at the Mexico Complex level, which evaluates their performance and safety culture demonstrated in our plants with the ultimate goal of preventing incidents. She is also supports the EHS team by maintaining the certification of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System under the ISO 45001: 2018 standard.

She says, "Since I was a young, I always wanted to belong to the AES family. Ten years later, my dream materialized and it’s been one of the most pleasant experiences.
