Gabriel Cruz graduated from the Law School at UNAM and holds various specializations in energy, environmental and corporate law. He has worked as a lawyer in various organizations, both in construction and energy sectors, focusing on acquisition, financing, construction and operation processes for projects, covering conventional and renewable energy sources. He has also participated in regulatory improvement forums for the sector's standards through associations such as AMDEE, AME and ASOLMEX.
