Adriana is part of the Relations, External, Communication and Sustainability team that liases with parties interested in our plants as AES México, keeps our stakeholders informed of what’s happening through various channels, and develops initiatives in partnership with neighboring communities to make a tangible impact in improving lives by accelerating the future of energy together.

She says, "Since my arrival in the AES family, my experience has been one of constant and pleasant discoveries. I discovered what it is really like to live the values of a company and not just see them on paper. I discovered that it does not matter if I have been with the company for one year or 20 years; my opinion and proposals are equally important. I was surprised to discover leaders of all levels serving as facilitators to help me better carry out my work.
